HOUSING IN SEVILLA

245 SOCIAL HOUSING IN "EL PORVENIR" SEVILLA. OPEN COMPETITON OF IDEAS. FIRST PRIZE

Eight residential towers and a block with tertiary uses. A open green tissue with common uses and in the forest clearings. Visual and pedestrian permeability, plus convivial public spaces controlled by the houses.

The deployment of the towers allows for an adequate sunlight and visual relationships open to few places while avoiding direct relationship between the residents of adjoining towers and preserving privacy in a green and common environment.

The public space accommodates uses related to the combination of units in each tower.

Parking is solved with underground bags of parking for each tower. There is the possibility of building these bags separated in packets or all together.

Because the housing bay is 5.5m it accommodates two parking spaces in each module while allowing at the same time for a flexible distribution.
